Floating balls for dredging pipelines have always been the preferred choice for dredging operations due to their various excellent properties:

Pipeline floating balls provide excellent support for dredging, mining, drainage, pumping, and many other applications. The tight and non slip installation ensures that the float remains in place when the pipeline and hose move. The main applications are as follows:

A pipeline float, also known as a dredging pipeline float or dredging pipeline float, is a spherical object made of highly wear-resistant and UV resistant polyethylene. Its interior is filled with high-strength polyurethane closed cell foam. As floating balls for drainage hoses, they are highly suitable for various pumping and dredging applications due to their high buoyancy, impact resistance, and aging resistance.
Two pairs of floating pipes form a group, and two pieces form a pair. The inner diameter of the float is the same as (or slightly smaller than) the outer diameter of the HDPE dredging pipe, so the float can be firmly fixed on the HDPE dredging pipe without slipping. The two halves of the floating ball are connected by bolts/nuts made of galvanized steel (or stainless steel, if necessary). Due to its excellent structure, the floating ball of the dredging pipeline can absorb or reduce the energy generated by ship collisions, protecting the dredging pipeline it supports. Pipe floats are usually made in orange or blue as warning signs for other nearby vessels. Other colors can be produced according to demand.
